Mitos 1: Menyisir rambut 100 kali sebelum tidur bisa membuat rambut sehat dan berkilau.
Salah! Anda hanya perlu menyisir rambut sebanyak yang diperlukan untuk melerai kekusutannya. Terlalu lama menyisir bisa membuat rambut kering.
Mitos 2: Kulit kering menyebabkan timbulnya kerutan.
Salah! Kulit kering hanya akan memberi Anda...kulit yang kering. Itu saja. Kerutan terjadi karena banyak faktor dan kulit kering tidak termasuk di dalamnya.
Mitos 3: Mencukur akan membuat rambut menjadi lebih tebal dan tumbuh lebih cepat.
Salah! Mencukur rambut di kaki atau bagian lain hanya akan menghilangkan rambut itu dari permukaan kulit. Mencukur tidak sama dengan menarik atau merusak kantung rambut. Mungkin setelah dicukur, rambut akan tampak lebih tebal karena Anda jadi menyoroti ujungnya, namun sebenarnya ketebalan dan warnanya tetap sama dengan rambut yang telah dicukur tadi.
Mitos 4: Memakai high heels membuat kaki varises.
Benar! Tekanan saat berdiri dengan high heel bisa membuat kaki varises. Jika Anda masih harus mengenakan stiletto, maka coba tips berikut: setiap jam, duduklah sebentar, lepas sepatu, goyang-goyangkan jari, lalu pakai high heel kembali. Langkah ini akan membantu mengurangi risiko varises.

Benar! Bahan-bahan yang ditemukan dalam pasta gigi terbukti mampu mengurangi dan menghapuskan jerawat. Namun, gunakan sedikit saja! Sebab ada efek kimiawi lain dalam pasta yang bisa membuat kulit kering dan iritasi.

Benar! Memulaskan kuteks warna gelap untuk waktu yang cukup lama akan 'mencemari' atau menodai warna asli kuku. Meski begitu Anda tidak perlu khawatir, sebab hal ini tak berbahaya. Sebelum memulaskan kuteks baru/ warna lain, istirahatkan kuku selama 1-2 hari.

My Sister's Keeper

so I just watched My Sister's Keeper and i think this movie is great and has a lot of the mandate and message for our live.
Conceived by means of in vitro fertilization, Anna Fitzgerald (Abigail Breslin) was brought into the world to be a genetic match for her older sister, Kate (Sofia Vassilieva), who suffers from acute promyelocytic leukemia. Because of her sister's dependency on her, Anna is unable to live the life she wants; in and out of the hospital constantly, she cannot take part in extracurricular activities such as cheerleading or soccer.
When Kate turns 13 she goes into renal failure. Knowing that she will have to donate one of her kidneys to her sister, Anna sues her parents for medical emancipation and the rights to her own body. Attorney Campbell Alexander (Alec Baldwin) agrees to work for Anna pro bono. The film is interlaced with flashbacks that detail the strong relationship between Kate and Anna, as well as how Kate's illness has affected her siblings' lives. Before the result of the case is known, it is revealed that Kate had asked Anna to file for medical emancipation.
Believing that she would not survive the surgery, Kate wants to die. Anna wins the case, and due to her sister's wishes does not donate her kidney. Kate later dies at the hospital. The family moves on with their lives, being changed by Kate's death, but every year on Kate's birthday they go to Montana, which was her favorite place in the world.

My Vacation Trip

so, liburan ini aku pergi ke Hong Kong dari tanggal 26 mei - i juli 2010
yeah it was really fun karena aku pergi bareng keluarga besar aku
rame banget, sepupu, om, tante, kakek,nenek,adek, orang tua pokoknya ikut semua deh
nah ini dia cerita selengkapnya......
First Day : Lampung - Jakarta
karena bandara raden intan 2 yg ada di lampung ini bukan bandara internasional, jadi aku mesti pergi ke jakarta dulu baru besoknya naik pesawat menuju Hong Kong dari bandara Soekarno - Hatta
Second Day : Jakarta - Hong Kong
Berangkat dari hotel bandara dan naik pesawat yang memakan waktu 5 jam. Wuah capek banget deh pokoknya. Nyampe di sana pas sore langsung check in di hotel Harbour Plaza Metropolis tepatnya di daerah Kowloon. Abis check in beres kami langsung pergi makan ke daerah Tsim Tsa Tsui. For the first time i ate Chinese food. Rasanya lucu banget tapi lumayan deh pokoknya.
Third Day : Hong Kong Disneyland
Abis sarapan di hotel langsung out ke Disneyland, one place that i wanted to visit the most hehehe. Di sana itu lumayan mirip Dufan lah ya cuma kalo di sana tiap sudut kita bisa foto karena bangunannya unik - unik. Kalau dibandingin dengan Dufan, HK Disneyland jauh lebih kecil. Mungkin cuma sepatonya deh tapi gitu - gitu ngelilingin seharian juga capek banget loh. Nah pas jam 8 malem sebelum tutup, kita bisa lihat kembang api yg sayangnya aku enggak tonton karena keluarga udh pada capek semua. huuu but its okay though
Fourth Day : HK City Tour
sarapan dan check out terus langsung naik bus keliling kota. Di sini aku pergi ke Victoria Peak, Madame Tussauds Museum, Repulse Bay, Aberdeen Fishing Village, JC shop and Herb shop. Setelah keliling kota sampai malem langsung pergi ke pelabuhan and go to Macau lalu check in di Grandview Casino and Hotel.
Fifth Day : Macau City Tour
HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Whose birthday? me hahahaha. Well, what a special moment and thanks to my family and parents for a wonderful surprise in the morning.Back to the itinerary.Sarapan abis itu langsung pergi ke Ama temple, St. Paul's Ruin, Senado Square, Fisherman's Wharf, Venetian Resort, and city of Dream. Di city of Dream kita bisa lihat Bubble Show. Jadi kita dibawa masuk ke sebuah auditorium yang mirip akuarium yah pokoknya keren deh. Setelah itu balik lagi ke hotel
Sixth Day : Macau - Hong Kong - Jakarta
The last day of my trip in HK - Macau. So sad *lebay. Okay jadi aku pagi - pagi udah pergi ke pelabuhan untuk kembali ke bandara HK. Dari bandara itu aku dan keluargaku naik pesawat siang dan nyampe di bandara Soekarno - Hatta pas malam hari terus langsung dorong koper ke hotel
Seventh Day : Jakarta - Lampung
Well, nothing to tell much. Aku naik pesawat pagi dan pas siang udah nyampe Bandar Lampung. Welcome Home :)
